Her story

From the track to the therapy room

Hi, I'm Bryn, a master's level counselling intern. I come from a background in varsity track and field, where I pole vaulted and sprinted at a collegiate level. I know firsthand the challenges that come with pressure, stress, anxiety, major life transitions, and everything in between. Being a student-athlete often means constantly juggling performance, school, work, relationships, and your own well-being — and that can be exhausting. I've been there.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology & Physical Education from the University of Toronto and am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.

My approach is LGBTQ+-affirming, collaborative, and tailored to you. I strive to use evidence-based, personalized strategies to build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to listen, I'd love to support you.
